The TBP consortium consists of members with different background and long term experience in various national/European programmes. It possess the necessary capacity, experience and competence – some partners are experienced in VET management, other are experts in research and consultancy; design and production; mass media & communication (see Section D). The liaison between project management structure, supporting network and key stakeholders of formal/non-formal education will give efficient contact with the target groups and successful project dissemination. The consortium activities and tasks are distributed according to the project work & management plan and the partners’ competence. The preparation and signing of the project mandates will indicate the obligations of each partner to support the coordinating institution in the establishment of internal links between various project players, tasks, and activities.

As one of the University of Thessaly central institutions, the Career & Lifelong Learning Center of University of Thessaly supports all major processes at the University and provides basic and individually tailored services for all university institutional bodies in order to systematize and unify the decentral training in the various fields. Particularly the LLC organizes the training for all apprentices in this area. They carry out the basic training and throughout the whole training period, they offer internships, courses, industry courses, and support for preparing for “smooth” transition to the business world.

Additionally the Career and Lifelong Learning Center is associated with organizing, coordinating and providing continuous vocational training as well as managing the effective transition of its graduates to the labor market. Being concerned with problems related to labor market, jobs availability, young entrepreneurship and student mobility, one of the main objectives of the institution is to become a permanent link between the University and the business community through training services related to all fields of knowledge provided by University of Thessaly. Certified by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), Career and LL Center also provide an e-learning platform aiming to enhance the educational process while offering a dynamic interactive environment. As part of the activities and the fulfilment of its targets the Career & Lifelong Learning Center on its own initiative implements various projects, which have as a main target to reinforce the development of new instruments and innovative solutions related to the office overall objectives.

Biognosis is active in the fields of education in collaboration with scientific teams of experts in order to provide and to communicate the scientific knowledge to public always in accordance to its main tasks.

For realization of the above Biognosis undertakes and elaborates scientific and educational programmes.

Further the organization is active in the establishment of partnerships with relevant institutions, in order to set out the methodological frameworks necessary to achieve successful training regimes.

One of the main goals of the organization is the stimulation of the transfer of technology research work and knowledge from state institutions to both public and private research centers.

Therefore biognosis is developing, and financing of its own projects and programmes as well as is participating in national and international programmes.


Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (https://www.uni-sofia.bg/index.php/eng ) is the first institution of higher education in Bulgaria. For more than a century Sofia University has been the national foremost centre for university education and research in both fundamental theoretical and applied areas. Today it is the largest university in the country with 102 degree programmes offered by 16 faculties. The teaching staff includes a significant part of the best specialists in Bulgaria in all major areas of sciences and humanities. Sofia University has contracts with more than 80 universities of different countries, thus facilitating a wide variety of joint international projects and multilateral professional contacts with colleagues from all over the world. Тhe University has since held a leading position among universities in the country, with the highest rate of student and staff mobilities and the most significant contribution to the maintenance of European standards in higher education.

The Scientific Research Department of the Sofia University (NIS-SU) is the department responsible for administration and support of the research and project activities on a contract basis. Annually, NIS administrates over 300 project contracts funded by BG National Research Fund, the EC Programmes, and by the industry. Over 500 researchers, mainly from the academic staff of Sofia University and 93 specialists from NIS take part in these activities. At present, the Scientific and Research Department is member of the Association of European Science & Technology Transfer Professionals and of the CERN TTOs Network.

The research activities carried out by this institution range over almost all fields of natural and social science. The main directions of scientific research are concentrated in: nanotechnologies and new materials, information and communication technologies, all main domains of contemporary ecology and environment protection – phytoecology, zooecology, ecology of microorganisms; biology and biological resources; education; quantum electronics and laser technology; thermodynamics of surface and disperse systems; and cultural heritage.

FyG Consultores is also an education and training company specialized in entrepreneurship and Start Ups training, providing: business strategy education, innovation, creativity and soft skills workshops. In recent years has developed and implement a number of European international cooperation projects, dealing with enterprise creation and development, employability, mentoring, management, Start Ups training, internationalization and Gamification and Innovation of the Entrepreneurial Training.


Danmar Computers LLC is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Danmar has an extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. Danmar also has long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares trainings tailored to the needs of various learners. During 15 years, Danmar has successfully implemented over 50 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress and recently Erasmus+.

In many of these projects Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies. Danmar Computers is the developer and provider of AdminProject (adminproject.eu), the on-line system for management of European projects. All activities of the company are based on wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organisations as well as private sector companies. International network include partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country. Danmar Computer’s mission is the promotion of life-long education and assurance of equal access to education for everyone with the use of modern technology.
