THYMUS SERPYLLUM is used as healing and astringent in wounds, and in respiratory disorders such as laryngitis.
It is also used for breathing problems including cough, bronchitis, and swollen airways, for kidney and bladder disorders, intestinal gas, and colic.
In all aforementioned health problems, it can be used the herbal tea and the suggested dosage is 3 times daily.
Also, it can be used in lotion form in healing, and the suggested dosage is many times daily (external use).
Some people apply wild thyme directly to the skin for arthritis and sprains.

It might cause mucosal irritation.
